A letter was received from the Clerk to the Aberystwyth Rural District Council, asking the County Council, as they had taken no steps to provide an isolation hospital for infectious disease, if they would bear a proportion of the costs incurred for nursing services in connection with a diphtheria edidemic at Taliesin. PHA Amendment Act 1890, Parts I & II, PHA Amendment Act, 1890, Part III, PHA Amendment Act 1907, Public Health Act 1925 parts II, III, IV and V, he had no power.
