Will of Annie Mary Selvin of Marsh View, 1949

Abstract
The will (copy) of Annie Mary Selvin of Marsh View, Tre-taliesin, p. Llangynfelyn, spinster, 17 Feb. 1949. I appoint my nephew John Selvin of 112 Carr Road, Greenford, co. Mddx, and Arthur Pugh of Manchester House, Taliesin, to be my executors.

I give the following, namely, to Mrs Ceridwen Jones of Cartrefle, Tre-taliesin, my oak dresser in recognition of her great kindness to me during my illness; to Mrs Pugh Thomas of Brynarian View, Tre-taliesin, my ebony cabinet, my pair of black earthenware dogs that stand on top of the said cupboard, and my mirror overmantle, in recognition of her great kindness to me during my illness; to Alexander Jones of Isbryn Bungalow, Eglwysfach, my two oak armchairs; and to my said nephew my oak overmantle.

I give the following legacies, namely, to my said nephew, £20; to my nephew Leslie Selvin of 112 Carr Road, Greenford, £20; to William Alexander Cosh, brother of the late Ruth Ibbet of 3 Farnfield Road, Bromley, co. Kent, £20; and to Rowland Ibbet and Allen Ibbet, sons of my niece Ruth Ibbet, £10 each.

I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal property not otherwise disposed of to my brother William John Sevin of 112 Carr Road, Greenford.
