John Owen & Emanuel Bowen, Britannia Depicta, 1720

Atlas ffyrdd cynnar o Brydain yw Britannia Depicta, cyhoeddwyd gan John Owen yn 1720 gan ddefnyddio engrafiadau gan Emanuel Bowen. Mae'n cynnwys dros 200 o fapiau ffyrdd, a map bach a disgrifiad o bob sir. Ail-gyhoeddwyd ef 12 dro rhwng 1720 a 1764.

'Britannia Depicta' is an early road atlas of Britain, published by John Owen in 1720 using engravings by Emanuel Bowen. It contains over 200 road maps and a small map and description of each county. It was republished 12 times between 1720 and 1764.

The map of Cardiganshire (page 1 of the Atlas) is at a scale of 12 miles to the inch. Each page measures approximately 7¼; x 4½ inches.
