Abstract of will
The last will and testment of William Thomas of Tre'r-ddôl in the
parish of Llangynfelyn, smith, made 1 December 1848. I give the
house, stable and field in the village of Tre'r-ddôl where I live, to
my son William Thomas and his heirs for ever. I give all the stock,
crops and implements of husbandry to my son William Thomas. I give
£100 and the clock in my house to my son Lewis Thomas. I give 2s. 6d.
to my son Thomas Thomas. I give £3 to my daughter Elizabeth. I give
£7 to my daughter Anne. I give £5 to my daughter Margaret. I give £5
to my daughter Mary. I give 2s. 6d. to my daughter Jane. I direct my
executor to pay the above legacies twelve months after my death. I
give the rest of my personal estate to my said son William Thomas, he
paying my just debts, funeral expences and legacies to my other sons
and daughters. I appoint the said William Thomas my sole executor.

Abstract of affidavits
(1) The affadavit of Thomas Rowlands of Cefn Erglodd in the parish of
Llangynfelyn, farmer, 20 Aug. 1849, that he was one of the witnesses
to the will, and that the will is in the same condition as when he
and his fellow witnesses subscribed their names.

in the will, that William Thomas late of Tre'r-ddôl died on or about
