In the name of God Amen the 25^th day of October in the year / of our Lord God 1726 I Richard John of Mochno in the p'ish / of Llangynfeln in the County of Cardigan Gentl.' being Sick / and weak in Body but of a p'ffect mind and memory preysed / be the Allmighty God Doe make & ordaine this my Last / will & Testam^t in manner & forme foll.' (that is to Say) / first and princip'ally I comend my Soul into the hands / of my blessed the Allmighty God hopeing to receive pardon / att his hands for all my former Sinse & transgressions / And my Body to be buryed in a Decent manner att the / charge of my Execut^rs herein hereafter named And as / Touching Such worldly Estate wherew^th it hath pleas^d / God to Bless me in this life I Give Devise bequeath and / dispose of the Same in manner & forme following

Imp^rs I Give & devise all those two Severall Messuages Tenem^ts / Lands & hereditam^ts with the appurtenances Com'only called / & known by the Sev'all names of Tythin T mawr tan yr / Eglwys And T Bach yn y Coed (al's) Tythin Pompren / yr uch All which Said Tenem^ts are Scituate & Lyeing w'thin / the parish & County affores^d To my Eldest Son John / Richard his heirs & Assignes forever

Item I Give & devise all those two Severall messuages Tenem^ts / Lands and hereditaments comonly called & Knowne by the / Severall names of Tythin y Gell fach in Gweth ynis / and Tythin Lletty'r fran (al's) Lletty Bach both which / Said Tenements are Scituate & Lyeing within the Said / p'ish of Llangynfeln in the said County of Cardigan / To my Second Son Griffith Richard his heirs and Assignes forever

Item I Give & Devise all that One messuage Tenem^t & Lands / Com'only called & Known by the name of Tythin tan y graig / (al's) T tan y Graig in Mochno (now or late in my actuall / possession) To my third Son Thomas Richard his heirs and assignes forever//

Item. I Give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter / Elisabeth Richard the Sum'e of Thirty Pounds parte / of the Sixty pounds due to me p' mortgage from / Morris Griffith & his Lands in ynis Gwaith voed / The other thirty Pounds residue thereof I Give devise / and bequeath unto my Second Daughter Katherin Rich^d / And if my now wife happens to be delivered of a / male Child (as she is now Conceived) That then & by Soe / happening I Give devise & bequeath the Sixty pounds / due to me p' mortgage from the Tenement of Kerrig / Cyrane in Henllys unto that Expected male child / forever But if my said wife (as she is now concei- / ved happens to be delivered of a Female child Then / & in such cause I will that the Severall Summes of / One Hundred & Twenty Pounds herein above disposed / & mentioned to be due from Tythin ynis Gwaith voed / And Cer'ig Kyrane in Henlls Shall be equally divided / To & amongst my three Daughters (herein before / partly menc'oned) Share alike (that is to say) the sum'e of forty pounds parte of the s^d sum'e of One Hundred / & Twenty Pounds above Express^d To my Daughter / Elizabeth The like Sum'e of 40^li further parte thereof / To my Daughter Katherin And the Sum'e of 40^li / residue thereof To my Expected Daughter if Soe / it will happen

Item. I nominate & appoint Thomas Pryse of Gogerthan / Esq^r and Morris Griffith of ynis Gwaith voed Trustees / to see This my Last will & Testam^t duely Executed / managed & p'fform^d according to the true intent / and meaning of the Same

And of this my Last will & Testam^t I make and ordaine / my Dear wife Jane Griffith & my Son Thomas Richard / full & Joint Exect^rs And doe hereby Give & bequeath / unto them all my p'sonall Estate not herein before / Disposed of & I doe hereby utterly Disallow revoke / & Annul all & every other former Testaments wills / Legacis bequests & Execut^rs by me in any way's / before this time named willed & bequeath^d ratifying / & confirming this & none other to be my Last / will & Testament In Wittness whereof I / have hereunto Sett my hand & Seal the day / and year first within written
