RESOLUTION appointing New Trustees under the provisions of the model deed for Wesleyan Methodist Chapels and of the Trustees Appointments Acts 1850 to 1890 to be recorded in the Minute Book
At a Special Meeting of the Trustees of the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel at Tre'rddol in the Aberystwyth Circuit, duly convened according to the provisions of the model deed and held in the Chapel on the 12th day of Epril (sic) 1895, the Reverend John Evan Roberts (the Superintendant Minister,s Deputy) in the chair. Present Richard Joel, Richard Evans, Thomas Rees, James Jones, Trustees.
The following nine trustees having died, namely Revd James Jones, Thomas Thomas, and Messrs David Jones, William Jones, Thomas Jones, Owen Owen, Richard Thomas, David Williams and John Davies,
RESOLVED That it is expedient to increase the number of the trustees to fifteen and the following trustees to continue in the Trusts, namely Richard Joel Goitre Mastermariner, Richard Evan Trerddol Shoemaker, Thomas Rees Trerddol Blacksmith and James Jones Taliesin Draper.
And the old continuing trustees being satisfied with the nomination by the Superintendent's deputy of less number than twice the number of trustees to be appointed and the following persons, being members of the Wesleyan Methodist Society, having been nominated by the Superintendent Minister, RESOLVED, that the following persons be and are hereby, appointed to be the Trustees of The Wesleyan Methodist Chapels and premises at Tre'rddol in the Aberystwyth circuit, together with the said continuing trustees namely
David Aster, Goitre, Mastermariner
David Williams, Trerddol, Gentleman
Evan Pierce, Corris, Quarryman
Evan Jones-Williams, Gynyllmawr, Farmer
Evan Pugh, Taliesin, Stonemason
Lewis Edwards, Taliesin, Coal merchant
David Davies, Cefngweiriog, Farmer
David Isaac (Senior), Goitre, Labourer
Peter Williams, Trerddol, Shopkeeper
William Edwards, Taliesin, Stonemason
John Lloyd, Trerddol, Miner
