Ordered that Edward Rowland of Erglog in the parish of Llangunvellin in this county Gentleman be struck out of the Freeholders Book of the county and be excused from serving upon Juries of this county he having made a legal proof that he is above the age of seventy and he is hereby accordingly exempted and discharged from serving upon Juries of this county and it is further ordered that a writ of Ease be granted to him.

The Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Cyfoethybrenin in this county, Respondents

Upon motion made to this court by the Attorney for the above named appellants, It is Ordered that the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Llanganfelin above mentioned against an order made by David Davies and Thomas Williams Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County for the removal of Hugh Hughes, Jane his wife, Elizabeth their daughter aged about twelve years, Mary their daughter aged about ten years, Thomas their son aged about seven years, Catherine their daughter aged about four years, and John their son aged about two years from the said township of Cyfoethybrenin to the said parish of Llanganfelin be allowed of and lodged and the same is hereby accordingly allowed of and lodged And it is further ordered theat the hearing of the said appeal stand over till the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held and kept for this County when the said appellants shall be at liberty to prosecute their said appeal on their or their said attorney giving to the Respondenets Eight days notice in writing of such their intention to prosecute the same.

Upon the hearing of this appeal at this present Quarter Sessions against an order made by David Davies and Thomas Williams Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County for the removal of Hugh Hughes, Jane his wife, Elizabeth their daughter aged about twelve years, Mary their daughter aged about ten years, Thomas their son aged about seven years, Catherine their daughter aged about four years, and John their son aged about two years from the said township of Cyfoethybrenin to the said parish of Llanganfelin It is Ordered that the said order of removal be confirmed with costs to be paid by the Appellants to the Respondents such costs to be first taxed and allowed of by the Clerk of the Peace of the County.
