PARTICULARS.
Lot 1. All that desirable and valuable farm known as PANTGLAS, Situate near the Village of Trerddol, and three miles from the Ynyslas Station on the Cambrian Railway. Contains 18a. 1r. 26p., or thereabouts, of Arable Pasture and Woodlands, in the occupation of Mr. John Evans, as a yearly tenant, at the low rent of £15 (formerly let at £25 per annum) determinable by Twelve months' notice to expire at any Michaelmas Day.

Lot 2. All those five cottages and gardens known as TYNYWERN. Containing 2r. 23p., and now in the respective occupations of MARY WEAVER, SARAH BERKS, WILLIAM WILLIAMS, THOMAS HUMPHREYS and WILLIAM THOMAS, as tenants thereof, at rents amounting together to £12. 5s. 0d. per annum, but of the estimated yearly value of £20.
CONDITIONS OF SALE. [including]
The Property will in the first place be offered for Sale in one lot at a reserve price, and if such reserve is not reached then the Property will be offered in two lots as set out in the forgoing Particulars.
I. The highest bidder for each Lot shall be the purchaser, and ...
VI. The Vendor shall within three days from the day of the Sale deliver, or send by post, to the Purchaser or his Solicitor, an Abstract of Title to the Lot sold, commencing with an Indenture of Mortgage, dated the 3rd day of December, 1868, and made between BRIDGET JONES of the 1st part, SAMUEL IKIN and ANNA MARGARETTA, his Wife, of the 2nd part, RICHARD JONES of the 3rd part, and CATHERINE MORGAN of the 4th part. The Vendor sells as Mortgagee under a power of sale. The Purchaser shall not be entitled to any evidence that the Mortgage money remains owing or that the power of sale is properly exercisable other than the Mortgage Deed before mentioned, nor require the concurrence of the Mortgagors or any person or persons claiming under them in the Conveyance.
VII. If both Lots are sold, the Purchaser of Lot I. shall be entitled to the custody of all Deeds and Muniments of Title relating to the whole of the Property, and shall, if required, give to the Purchaser of Lot II, the usual Statutory acknowledgement of the right to production and delivery of copies and undertaking for safe custody thereof, to be prepared by and at the expense of the Purchaser requiring the same. If Lot I. is not sold the Vendor shall for the purpose of this Condition stand in the place of the Purchaser thereof. If Lot II. is not sold the Vendor shall retain the Deeds and Muniments of Title, and give the above acknowledgement to the Purchaser of Lot I.
